Pamela's Gourmet

Up

Pamela's Gourmet was envisioned as a gourmet food carryout establishment with a small cafe for lunch and dinner. About half of the total space was to be configured as a commercial kitchen to support the retail area as well as a growing catering business.

Our original scope of work was to construct a wall separating two retail spaces for the property owner. We met with the tenant to help define a scope of work and worked with them throughout the design and construction phases to insure that the project met their needs. Because the space was originally designed to be a generic space that could be built to suit a wide range of retail spaces some major modifications had to be made to accommodate a commercial kitchen. One of the major obstacles was the removal of sections of the existing concrete floor to provide for new under slab plumbing necessary in a commercial kitchen.

Take a look at the pictures below to see the conversion this from "raw" space to Pamela's Gourmet.
