Most commercial properties can be thought of as a box that you
can move your business into. If the space is new construction it may
contain no amenities such as partitions for offices, conference rooms
or even bathrooms. In some cases the landlord will offer to configure
the space to suit your needs or underwrite some of the cost. If the
space was previously used for another purpose, it may require the
removal of some or all of the existing internal construction prior to
fitting out the space to suit the needs of your business.
We are prepared to work with you starting with the space planning,
continuing through the permitting process and to the completion of
construction to insure that the space fully meets the needs of your
business. Some of the areas that normally require attention are
plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire protection, suspended
ceilings, walls and casework (cabinets).
Below are a couple of projects that we completed in the Shops at
Louviers on Papermill road near Newark Delaware. Though they were
adjoining suites, they could not have been more different in scope.
